At the Law Office of David Lowell we seek to minimize fees and achieve optimal results for our clients. The cost of representation can vary depending on the complexity of the case and issues involved.
Our average hourly rate is $150.00 an hour. Normally, our clients are billed from the retainer which is collected at the onset of representation. Retainers can vary from anywhere between $500.00 to $3,000.00 depending on the complexity of our case. You will need to replenish the retainer when it has been depleted. However, any unused portion of your retainer will be returned to you at the closing of your case. We do offer flexible payment plans upon request.
